Community Through Color

Our Mission: Bring disaster relief and preparedness to remote, isolated, and under-served coastal communities. We address three core needs - Response, Recovery, and Resiliency - to preserve life in times of emergency and rebuild communities in the aftermath.Community Through Colors (CTC) was founded in 2016 as a mobile art exchange with the mission to spread hope and awareness by using art to reflect the similarities between all humans, despite geographical or cultural location. In 2017, CTC expanded into relief efforts and formed the Sail Relief Team project to assist remote and underserved coastal communities with emergency preparedness and disaster relief efforts. In 2018, CTC opened La Finca de Hamberto Farm and Agricultural Hub to support beginning farmers in Vieques and help the island prepare for natural disasters by working towards food security.
